Meet Sparky

Sparky is a former Amish horse who has already made great progress since arriving at the rescue in spring 2025. He has greatly improved his body condition score and, with continued care, still has room to blossom even more. Sparky has been evaluated under saddle and will benefit from some additional conditioning and groundwork as he builds strength and confidence. He is a good prospect for trail riding and stands well for the farrier and dentist. With patience and consistent handling, Sparky has the potential to become a wonderful partner for the right adopter.
