October 13-18, 2024

Rest and reset, in the company of horses on their own healing path, with mindfulness teacher Jennifer Cohen Harper and the team at 13 Hands Equine Rescue. During your time at the 13 Hands Equine Rescue, Jennifer Cohen Harper guides you to connect with horses using your body language, breath, energy, and intention. You'll also spend time on Omega's campus, where Jenn leads a combination of mindfulness practices, movement, journaling, and group discussion. You'll expand on the discoveries made at the rescue and set intentions for the next day.

Finding Your Voice: A Mindfulness with Horses + Narrative Healing Retreat

January 9-12, 2025

Join us for an immersive weekend retreat at 13 Hands Equine Rescue in the heart of the Hudson Valley. Led by Mindfulness Educator Jennifer Harper and Narrative Healing author Lisa Weinert, this unique experience combines mindfulness and writing with the healing presence of horses. Stay onsite in a beautiful home or join as a commuter. Connect deeply with our rescued equines, practice mindfulness, and unlock your creative potential through guided writing exercises, somatic practices, and group activities. This retreat offers a transformative journey to find your authentic voice and foster meaningful connections.
