June 13, 2026 | 10 AM - 5 PM
Join EFT Practitioner Sarah Louise Lilley and Mindfulness with Horses founder Jennifer Cohen Harper for a restorative day of somatic healing, equine connection, and nervous system reset. Through trauma‑informed EFT Tapping, mindful time with the 13 Hands herd, and a closing Yoga Nidra practice, you will have the chance to gently release stored stress and rediscover a sense of anchored calm, clarity and trust.
June 26 - 28, 2026
Join senior clinician Heidi Potter for a transformative two-day immersion into the art and science of the horses’ authentic language system. Through Heidi’s signature Horse Speak® method, participants learn to interpret the subtle gestures, postures, and breath signals horses use with one another, building a quieter, more authentic partnership. This unmounted clinic includes guided herd observation, human‑to‑human practice, and hands‑on application with our rescue equines. A limited number of onsite accommodations are available for registered participants.
July 23rd + August 20th | 1 - 4 PM
Join Heather Maleya Meyer for an afternoon introduction to her Inner Liberty™ Method, a relationship‑based approach to liberty work that prioritizes clarity, consent, and emotional connection. Through live demonstrations with the 13 Hands rescue horses, you’ll learn how energetic awareness, intention, and somatic communication create a horse who chooses to stay with you.
Perfect for anyone interested in ethical horsemanship, energetic communication, or deepening their partnership with horses. Attend either date or both at a discounted rate.
August 20th | 1 - 4 PM
Deepen your liberty practice with an afternoon dedicated to sustaining a fluid, two way conversation as energy and movement rise. In this second session, Heather Maleya Meyer expands on the Inner Liberty™ Method by exploring how to maintain connection when the dynamics across the arena increase.
September 20 - 25, 2026
Stay on the tranquil campus of the Omega Institute, and journey each day to 13 Hands Equine Rescue. In this restorative experience, you rest, revitalize, and awaken your creative spirit in the company of these animals on their own healing journeys. Through the combined power of Mindfulness with Horses and Narrative Healing practices, you learn to listen with your whole body, soften into the unknown of the present moment, and discover the stories within you ready to emerge.

October 8 - 9, 2026
Designed for equine facilitators, mental health professionals, and horse trainers working with clients navigating trauma, PTSD, or depression. Over two days, you will learn classical ground-work and long-reining techniques that simultaneously rehabilitate horses and empower adult clients by involving them directly in the training process. This practical workshop combines equine conditioning with neurocognitive care, showing you how to rebuild a horse’s physical topline and mental engagement, while using neuroscience to help human clients find emotional release and healing.

This workshop is ideal for facilitators, educators, therapists, and parents looking for practical, science-backed ways to optimize learning and communication for neurodivergent individuals. You will dive into the “Science of Learning” to discover how to naturally trigger positive brain hormones, reduce stress, and design the ultimate environment for neuroplasticity. Through hands-on activities, you will learn how to teach basic communication and academic skills through fun, movement-based concepts that can be immediately used in riding barns, classrooms, or at home. Note this workshop takes place at the farm, but does not include equine interaction. It’s a method that can be brought to schools, homes, clinics … anywhere you live or work!

October 11 - 12, 2026
Perfect for riders, trainers, and equestrian enthusiasts of all levels who want to unlock the magic of classical equestrian art and dramatically improve their horse’s physical and mental well-being. You will learn a step-by-step roadmap that breaks down complex “high school” dressage movements into two simple, ground-based in-hand patterns that any horse can learn. This workshop teaches you how to eliminate confusion, de-stress your horse, and seamlessly translate these beautiful ground-work movements directly into the saddle.

October 22 - 25, 2026
oin Jennifer Cohen Harper for a restorative mindfulness retreat designed to help you rest, reset, and reconnect through practices supported by the presence of horses. During this immersive experience, you’ll explore connection through body language, breath, energy, and intention, with each day blending gentle movement, journaling, group discussion, and customized horse guided activities such as inviting connection, offering support, and moving quietly through the herd. Free time offers space to wander, reflect, create, or simply rest, and you’ll head home with practical tools to bring more steadiness, compassion, and authenticity into your daily life. This non‑riding retreat is open to all experience levels, with all horse interaction from the ground and tailored to individual comfort.
November 5 - 8, 2026
Join senior clinician Heidi Potter for an immersive journey into the heart of equine partnership and collaborative movement. This three-day unmounted intensive takes the conversation from the field into the arena. As we explore how we can move together with the horses in collaboration, you will learn to shift away from “telling” and into a true partnership where the horse finally feels understood — and so do you.
Deepening the Bond is designed for those with some horse experience or a prior introduction to Horse Speak. This clinic is the next step for those ready to move from understanding the language into an active, collaborative partnership.
