Building Trust, Confidence, and Growth
At 13 Hands Equine Rescue, our equine-assisted programs create meaningful connections between rescued horses and people seeking healing, growth, and support. These ground-based sessions—ranging from mindfulness and meditation to personal development and emotional regulation—offer participants a chance to build trust, confidence, and self-awareness through the calming, intuitive presence of horses. At the same time, our horses benefit from purposeful interaction, gentle engagement, and the chance to rebuild trust with humans—creating a healing partnership for both horse and human.
All of our equine-assisted program offerings are ground-based and require no prior horse experience!
