Join us for an afternoon of cocoa, cider, and treats while sharing joy with the rescue horses of 13 Hands at our annual holiday gathering. Admission is free, but you’re welcome to bring a gift for a specific horse… or the entire herd! It’s also the perfect chance to meet our equines up close and choose your favorite one to sponsor, making the season brighter for both horse and human.
January 9 - 11, 2026
Join Mindfulness Educator and Equine Assisted Learning facilitator Jennifer Harper, and Narrative Healing author and book coach Lisa Weinert, for a unique opportunity to awaken the healing power of your story. This nourishing mind-body approach to writing will guide you toward releasing the stories that are ready to be told. Participants can stay onsite in a cozy home at our rescue, or commute from nearby in the Hudson Valley.
