Our Horses
Bella is a senior Percheron mare we rescued from auction in 2024, and her body carries every chapter of the hard life she’s lived. She struggles to keep weight on and moves with difficulty. She is understandably very apprehensive of most humans. Her closest comfort is Havana, a Haflinger mare she’s deeply bonded to. Our hope is that they can find a soft, safe landing together.
