Sydney is a senior Quarter Horse mare who is looking for a forever home with her longtime companion, Oscar. While she is shy, she’s not as timid as Oscar and is likely to warm up more quickly with a kind and patient owner.

As older horses, Sydney and Oscar are seeking a quiet, loving environment where they can settle down together. Sydney’s gentle nature makes her a wonderful companion, and she will thrive with someone who takes the time to earn her trust. 

Both Sydney and Oscar receive senior grain during the winter months to help maintain their weight. They are halter-trained and can be led, but they would thrive in a home willing to work on making them more comfortable with being approached and haltered. Both are cooperative and can stand for the farrier.
