Lady was rescued in March of 2020. When this beautiful mare came to us, we were surprised to learn she was in foal. Within 6 weeks of arrival, she gave birth and we were blessed with a little colt, Bradley Cooper, on April 20, 2020.

Lady can be haltered and led. She leads nicely and wants to be with her human companions, but she requires some 1:1 time with that special person who will help her fully come out of her shell. She is able to stand for the farrier, although she could use more work with her back feet to develop more balance and confidence.

Lady is currently part of a large herd of mares. She gets along well with everyone in the pasture and is a pleasure to have around. 

She is young and willing, and we know the right home is out there waiting for her. Although we love her dearly, she has too much potential to be here with us. You have to be willing to take on a project and know that the end reward will be for both human and horse.
