Casper is a sweet, well-mannered, even tempered and affectionate guy. While he is broke under tack and understands leg cues and voice commands, he is hesitant. He was examined by our vet and he does not seem to have any physical impairment. He has a nice conformation. Sadly, we believe that he was most likely a victim of mistreatment or abuse and has lost his trust in humans. We have high hopes for this handsome guy!
